When you submit an inquiry, the following information is sent to the Company's email together with your inquiry: · Address of the first page you visited on this site · Domain of the external site that linked you here (if any) · Browser language setting · In-app browser type (WeChat, KakaoTalk, NAVER, Instagram, Facebook, LINE) · The last search term you entered in the sourcing checker on the product page · Site display language and time spent on the contact page (for spam prevention) This information is kept only in your browser's session storage during your visit and is sent only when you submit an inquiry. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab.
3. Product Search Log
Search terms entered in the sourcing checker on the product page are logged to understand demand. Only the search term, display language, whether it matched a catalog item, and the date and time are recorded; your name and email address are not recorded.

Used to respond to inquiries and quote requests, and for product/partnership consultation. Information sent with your inquiry is used to understand how inquiries reach us and to prevent spam.
