金属增材制造(AM)工艺中,粉末的球形度、粒度分布与氧含量决定打印质量。TKNCO以气雾化球形粉末为中心,供应钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V、TA15、纯钛)、镍基高温合金(Inconel 718/625、Hastelloy X级)、不锈钢(316L、17-4PH)、钴铬合金及铝、铜合金粉末。
面向科研市场,我们还采购高熵合金粉末(CoCrFeMnNi Cantor合金等)、工具钢(H13、M2)、马氏体时效钢等特殊等级。各品目TDS公开成分规格、粒度切分与代表物性,随每批次提供COA与粒度分布(PSD)报告。
