In metal additive manufacturing, sphericity, particle-size distribution, and oxygen content decide print quality. TKNCO supplies gas-atomized spherical powders: titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V, TA15, CP-Ti), nickel superalloys (Inconel 718/625, Hastelloy X class), stainless steels (316L, 17-4PH), cobalt-chrome, and aluminum and copper alloys.

We also source special grades for the research market — high-entropy alloy powders (CoCrFeMnNi Cantor alloy and variants), tool steels (H13, M2), and maraging steel. Each item's TDS discloses composition specification, size cut, and typical properties, delivered with lot-by-lot COA and PSD reports.

Powders come in process-matched cuts — 15-53 um for LPBF, 53-106 um for DED — and for alloys not in the catalog we reply on sourcing feasibility within 48 hours. Small research quantities are welcome.
